Each year employees of The P.P. Group of Companies attend the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital to participate in handing out Christmas presents to the children on Ward 84. Ward 84 is where children with life threatening illnesses, predominantly some form of cancer, stay while having treatment. In the build up to Christmas our employees head to the high streets to go shopping – hand picking toys and gadgets to ensure the children receive gifts appropriate to their age and gender. We have recently extended this gesture to the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital (Oncology Unit) in Liverpool.
