1976P.P. Profiles Ltd starts trading in Walkden.
1979P.P. Profiles Ltd St Helens starts trading from Bold, St Helens.
1983P.P. Profiles Ltd relocates to a bigger custom built factory in Weaste, Salford.
1993JNJ Fabrications Ltd (now P.P. Processing Ltd) joins the P.P. Group.
1995P.P. Plasma Ltd starts trading in Gorton, Manchester, with one machine and one shop floor employee.
2000P.P. Profiles Ltd and P.P. Profiles Ltd St Helens merge together and start operating from Bold, St Helens.
2000P.P. Plasma Ltd relocates to the vacant Weaste factory.
2005P.P. Protube Ltd starts trading from St Helens.
2005P.P. Plasma Ltd invests in water jet technology.
2007P.P. Plasma Ltd invests in laser technology.
2008P.P. Profiles Ltd invests in laser technology.
2014P.P. Processing Ltd invests in the latest press braking technology.
2014P.P. Protube Ltd invests in the latest hollow section profiling technology.
2015P.P. Group now employs 86 people and operates across four sites in the North West of England, offering the latest technologies in metal processing and manufacturing.
2017P.P. Protube Ltd ceases trading.
2017P.P. Group acquires 110,000 sq. ft. premises on a 6.5 acre site and invests £2m into state-of-the-art new machinery.
2017All P.P. Group companies relocate to Drury Lane, Oldham.
2018P.P. Profiles Ltd, P.P. Plasma Ltd and P.P. Processing Ltd merge together to trade as The P.P. Group of Companies Ltd.
2019Investment in Xpert80/1530 CNC Press Brake to increase capacity.
2020Investment in 4M 12kw Fibre Laser.
2021The P.P. Group of Companies ceases operations in its fabrication division, removing any conflict of interest with their customer base.
2021Investment in Haeusler plate rollers, replacing old rollers with CNC.
2022Investment in 6M 12KW Laser.
2023Investment in 8M 20KW Laser.
2023Investment in 850 Solar Panels making a big step towards carbon footprint reduction.
