Sales Executive
Join a well-established business that prioritises continuous improvement across all departments to provide the best possible customer service in the industry. As part of our sales team, you’ll play a key role in servicing our extensive customer base while actively driving business growth.
We are committed to keeping our customers informed at every stage of their enquiry and order. You will be expected to follow up on all enquires with an attention to detail and sell with a focus on delivering real value to customers.
We provide strong internal support, allowing you to dedicate your time to managing your accounts effectively. Our contract review team, technical department, CAD team, production, and transport divisions all work towards the shared goal of ensuring every order is processed correctly and delivered on time. In the event of any issues or delays these will be proactively communicated to customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers.
- Contribute to the forward-thinking, innovative culture of the business.
- Meet individual and team KPI targets.
- Visit customers and develop relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience.
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work towards strategic targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in the metal industry looking to transition into sales are also encouraged to apply.
