We monitor the performance of all business functions, making sure all our operations meet our quality, health and safety and environmental standards.
Continual Improvement
We strive for continual improvement in our QHSE-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and this is now a key part of P.P. Group’s working culture.

We’ve been delivering projects to customers since 1976 and have developed our rigorous processes and checks to ensure we consistently deliver the highest quality results regardless of which service you use.
From the initial enquiry, to the CAD development and production planning, to the final delivery, we have a robust system of checks and controls to protect quality and deliver the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Environmental Policy
P.P. Group aims to comply with all relevant environmental legislation. As such, we are proud to conform to the world’s most recognised Environmental Management System Standard ISO 14001.
In addition, we will always do our best to:
- Consider environmental concerns and the impact of our decision making activities.
- Promote environmental awareness among our employees.
- Re-use and recycle materials
- Purchasing recycled, recyclable or re-furbished products and materials where available, economical and suitable.
- Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facility including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable.
- Avoid unnecessary use of hazardous materials and products, taking all reasonable steps to protect human health and the environment when such materials must be used, stored and disposed of.
- Where required by legislation or where significant health, safety or environmental hazards exist, develop and maintain appropriate emergency and spill response programme.
- Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, customers and the public and encourage them to support it.
- Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy.

- Undertake suitable and sufficient risk assessments and safe working procedures for all work activities to ensure a safe place of work.
- We ensure a safe working environment by providing and maintaining well-managed plant, equipment and facilities.
- Ensuring adequate welfare facilities are provided, maintained and kept clean and serviceable.
Ongoing Commitment
Safety is paramount at P.P. Group. We have an open-door policy with our employees and encourage regular, free exchange of ideas relating to health and safety at work, including a mechanism for issues to be raised by staff and / or their representatives.
