Precision Aluminium Cutting Services
Our advanced Laser and Water Jet cutting capabilities allow us to deliver accurate and efficient aluminium profiles across a wide range of sizes, thicknesses and complexities.
With Laser Cutting machines up to 20kW, we can process aluminium up to 8150mm x 2600mm and 50mm thick, achieving high levels of accuracy on complex shapes and smaller apertures. We can also laser etch hole positions, bend lines and other fabrication details to help streamline downstream production.
For thicker aluminium profiles, or applications where heat input and Heat Affected Zones (HAZ) must be avoided, our Precision Water Jet Cutting capability provides an ideal alternative. We can Water Jet cut aluminium profiles up to 150mm thick, producing accurate, clean-cut components without introducing thermal distortion or altering the material through heat.
Together, our Laser and Water Jet capabilities enable us to select the most appropriate cutting process for each project, from intricate thin-gauge components through to substantial 150mm-thick aluminium profiles, helping improve quality, reduce secondary operations and shorten overall lead times.
