Michael Griffith and Jackie Martin, both pivotal figures in the P.P. Group of Companies Ltd, joined the company during its early stages at the Gorton site when P.P. Plasma operated from a small building with limited facilities. Their continuous efforts have been integral to the growth and progress of the company over the years, navigating it through challenges and contributing to its transformation into an industry leader.
In addition to his long-standing commitment to the P.P. Group of Companies Ltd, Paul Tither’s journey within the company has been nothing short of extraordinary. Having undertaken a variety of roles as the business evolved, Paul has become a key figure in the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) department, playing a crucial role in various tasks such as health and safety protocols, environmental considerations, quality assurance, contract review, and addressing technical queries.
Paul Sutherland is notably dependable, showcasing reliability and profound loyalty to the organisation. Paul consistently offers assistance to colleagues without complaint, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude. His expertise extends across various domains, including packing, driving, and the loading and unloading of machines. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the critical nature of efficient cutting and unloading processes. Furthermore, Paul’s versatility extends to aiding in diverse tasks within the factory, making him a valuable contributor.
Pete Cope has reached a significant milestone this year, marking three decades of dedicated service with the company. Throughout his tenure, he has received training on various machines, showcasing remarkable versatility in his roles. Currently, Pete excels as a proficient Goods Inwards professional and demonstrates exceptional skill as a highly proficient Forklift Truck (FLT) operator.
